 Toyin Lawani, a Nigerian socialite and fashionista, has revealed that she had a difficult and traumatic childhood.


Chude Jideonwo, a well-known figure in the media, recently spoke with her, and she divulged that when she was 15 years old, her uncle raped and impregnated her.
Toyin Lawani claims that her uncle raped her against her will, which resulted in a pregnancy that she was too young to carry to term and therefore had to have an abortion.

In her words:

"I have never revealed this to anyone before, and I'm not even sure I've disclosed it to my husband. I was raped by someone who lived in my neighborhood when I was 15 years old. I have told my husband about the rape before, and the person who did it was one of my uncles.

When someone bullies you to the point where you are unable to speak, it was so upsetting for me that I was unable to tell my mother about it. It was so bad. I confided in one of my aunties, who has since passed away; her name was Aunty Bola, and she took me to Ibadan, where she and my other aunties made an attempt to terminate the pregnancy.

It was at the same time that I had to go get my admission in university, and my mom, my mom is late – my dad is late, so don't want to break down, so I can't talk about it. It was at the same time that I had to go get my admission in university.

She continued, "They had to take me to a hospital in Ibadan because I didn't tell anyone about my pregnancy until it was about five months along, and it was so difficult for me."

Toyin Lawani's response when asked about how her mother felt about the incident was as follows: "I went to get my admission, and I fainted at the premises." The physician broke the news to her that I was pregnant and that they would have to perform an abortion.

It was too much for her to handle because I was so young at the time, and I didn't tell her everything because the person in question was a close friend.

That is the primary reason I have such a firm hand with my children. Someone else living in the same house as us made me feel as though I had betrayed my innocence to them.

My mother was always busy with her job. Because my mother wasn't there for me when I needed her the most, I came to resent the fact that I had to be that person for my own children. It shook me to the core.

 There is a video that has been circulating the internet that shows a distraught pastor confronting his assistant after discovering that the assistant had been sleeping with the pastor's wife.




The video that was uploaded to Instagram and shared by @thandiubani has since gone viral and has caused users of social media to talk about it.

On the video, it was possible to hear the pastor yelling at the assistant, whom he claimed had betrayed him.

According to the pastor, the assistant was given everything he needed, but he still went on to have sexual relations with the pastor's wife.

 More drama could be on the way when Tuface's brother, Charles Idibia, calls out the singer's wife, Annie Idibia, once more.

After a heated debate on Instagram on September 3, Charles called Annie Idibia out again on Sunday.

 


Annie had called out her spouse, Tuface Idibia, his family, and his children's moms, which sparked a furious argument. The actress claimed that, despite her patience and many sacrifices for Tuface and his children, the singer's family never liked her from the start, no matter how hard she tried.

 

Tuface's brother, Hyacinth Idibia, was also chastised by Annie for living with the singer, his children, and Pero in the same house.

 

In another Instagram post, Charles accused Annie of making them "victims of her fury and the war she has decided never to let go" by making them "victims of her rage and the war she has chosen never to let go."

 

He begged Annie to reconsider because she is always quick to cry fowl, claiming that he was afraid of where Annie's "violence" would end. Despite the fact that they don't always agree, the singer's brother stated that they will respond if she calls for war because "life is bigger than who has money and who doesn't."

 

Charles, who also wished Annie well, closed by saying, "We don't all have to be millionaires to be happy."

 

Finally... What bothers me the most these days is the violence. Annie, where does it end... the fighting...

 

"Your husband has his own wahala, but is it going to be your solution to the difficult predicament you've been thrust into?  This emerged on Sunday that a middle-aged man, Nicodemus Nomyange, who set himself and his girlfriend, Shininenge Pam, ablaze did so over the latter’s refusal to marry him.


Nomyange had on Saturday evening visited his girlfriend’s house on Inikpi Street, in the High-Level area of Makurdi, with a gallon of fuel, which he used to set the apartment on fire.

The two lovers died in the inferno.

They gathered that Nomyange, who was in his 40s, had been going out with the woman for some time.

Pam’s neighbor, who identified herself as Dorry, said, “Nomyange was married with children. But he proposed to the young lady, whom he claimed to have invested in.

“But the lady, having sought advice from her friends, told him that he was too old for her and that she preferred to marry a younger man and not a man already with wife and children.”

The lady’s decision, according to the neighbor, infuriated Nomyange.

“It was the man who rented this apartment for her and furnished it to taste.

“Nobody expected what happened because the man did not show any sign of anger. But yesterday (Saturday) around 6.30pm, we saw him with a keg of fuel which we thought was to be used for their generator. As he entered the lady’s house, they locked themselves in,” she added.

The neighbor said residents suddenly noticed fire coming out of the apartment, adding that efforts to put out the fire were not successful.

The ad reads, “PORN ACTORS WANTED IN NIGERIA”.
Depending on your area of interest, this might just be the perfect job opportunity.
Pornography is an art-form that is built around physical desire, and as such, the actors often have to meet very specific parameters.
Whoever put out this ad must know exactly what they want, because the list of requirements is as specific as the menu at a four-star restaurant.
The ad states that interested persons must have a “Muscular or Athletic Build”, and must be of ages 18 and above.
What are you bringing to the table?
They must also be good-looking, not camera-shy and should have no previous experience in the adult industry.
If this has you putting two and two together and thinking about what a career in porn might look like for a Nigerian, you might be pleased to know that you won’t be a pioneer in any sense of the word.

The metrics show that Nigerians consume a lot of porn; the most popular free site, Xvideos, has remained among the 10 most visited websites in Nigeria for years.
That appetite was fed by foreign offerings in the past, but recently, some adventurous Nigerians have tried their hands at producing porn in Nigeria, by Nigerians, for Nigerians.
A budding industry
Names like the infamous KingTBlack may come to mind immediately and for good reason. On the other, Free Thinkers Production, a porn production firm run by the man behind the handle @datkindboy on Twitter, has been creating free length videos for two years and counting.
In an August 2017 interview with Pulse, the inspiring entrepreneur says he believes Nigerians are among the biggest consumers of porn on the planet.

Anyone interested in chasing this ad may be pleased or very dismayed to learn that pay starts from 70,000 naira per scene.
While the entire idea is a bit laughable, it brings to fore our changing attitude towards issues that we once considered through moral lens.
The ad has since gone viral on social media; and while one may be tempted to think it’s because we like bad things, there’s the possibility that 70,000 naira and some screen time may be what one future pornstar wants.

According to a report by Vanguard, the lifeless body of a 40-year-old Pharmacist, Bassey Asuquo, was discovered in one of the rooms of a brothel along Akesan road, Egan area of Lagos, Friday.

The deceased was said to have slumped  after  having sex with one of the commercial sex workers.

Late Bassey as gathered, visited the brothel at about 10pm the previous night, after a drink at the bar session.

Policemen from Igando division who were alerted by the   management of the brothel, stormed the scene, where a crowd had gathered to have a glimpse of Bassey’s lifeless body.

A packet of cigarette, an inhaler and a stained boxer were found in the room while the commercial sex worker had escaped.

Report had it that the fleeing commercial  sex worker had contacted the hotel manager on phone, explaining how late Bassey was gasping for breath and attempted to reach out for his inhaler when he gave up the ghost.

Attempt to lure her back to explain further, failed as she reportedly told the manager on the phone that she was  about crossing the nation’s border, in her bid to evade arrest.

Two staff of the brothel were arrested by the police, while the corpse was evacuated.

Meanwhile, family of the deceased was said to be making effort to retrieve the corpse for burial.

A lecturer at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism has been sacked for alleged sexual assault on a student.

According to a Punch Metro report, the Nigerian Institute of Journalism has sacked one of its lecturers, Mr Tene John, over alleged s*xual assault on one of its students, Ms Anjola Ogunyemi.

His sack was announced by the NIJ in an official release signed by its Registrar and circulated on its official social media handles on Monday.

Lecturers in the journalism institute confirmed the authenticity of the release to our correspondent on the telephone.

The PUNCH gathered that Ogunyemi had accused Tene of attempting to forcefully have sexual intercourse with her in his office.

The student, who subsequently petitioned the institute and demanded probe, said she has arrived at the institute for a morning lecture when the incident happened.

Upon investigation, the institute relieved Tene of his job and warned other lecturers and students to desist from such an act.

The release read in part, “Our attention has been drawn to a post on the social media, by one of our students, Ms Anjola Ogunyemi in National Diploma One, alleging sexual harassment against one of our part-time lecturers, Mr Tene John.

“Ms Ogunyemi’s petition to the school on the alleged sexual harassment was received on December 19, 2019 – the day of our vacation. And the Provost called her on that same day to acknowledge the receipt of her petition, assuring her that the matter will be looked into appropriately.

“The institution, thereafter, set up a panel of three lecturers: two females and a male. The panel sat and took evidence from the two parties and witnesses concerned. On Friday, January 17, 2020 – the last day of its sitting, the accused and the accuser were made to confront each other at the panel.

“It was difficult for the panel to establish concretely a case of sexual harassment in its report because there were glaring contradictions in the testimonies of the two parties and witnesses.

“We wish to place on record that Ms Ogunyemu walked out on the panel and ran to the social media to tell her story on the day the panel’s final sitting.

“In view of our institution’s zero tolerance for improper conduct on the part of the staff and students, and in light of the interest the matter has generated, the following decisions have been taken: the lecturer concerned, Mr Tene, who has been on our faculty for over a decade has been relieved of his appointment, we thank him for his services and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.

“Ms Ogunyemi, who has just returned from a one-year suspension over indecent dressing and gross misconduct is advised to adhere strictly to her matriculation oath of channeling her grievances to the authorities of the institution.

“We wish to reiterate that our staff and students are governed by rules and regulations and it is important we comply accordingly.”

A man and his wife have collaborated together as driver and conductor to make ends meet.
The couple A Ghanaian man, Edward Armah Ago and his wife, Evelyn Adjeley Adjei, have worked as a driver and conductor for five years and still counting.

According to Edward, he acquired his drivers' license in 1989, which was 30 years ago. He explained that business was not so good back then and he found it difficult to support his family adequately.Edward and his wife decided to put a stop to driving and venture into the sale of a local gin commonly known as akpeteshi.
Their new venture gained grounds which the love-couple used to buy a Benz for Edward to start driving as his own car.
As the man was at it, he came to a realisation that all his assistants commonly called conductors were not being truthful to him. They usually kept part of the returns to themselves and never accounted for it.The love couple deliberated over the issue and came to the decision of working together as a couple. This has seen great success and the two of them testify that they have made great returns like never before. 
When asked how working on business has affected their relationship, Edward and Evelyn both admitted that their bond has grown stronger and their love deeper towards each other.
The husband and wife have caught the admiration of several people.
The chairman of the La Tse addo - Circle drivers, at the station, Mr Francis Tamatey, said: “They are very serious with their work. Unlike other drivers who usually have misunderstandings with passengers, you will never find them do such a thing.’’Patrick Abbey, an accountant who frequently boarded the bus, gave an account of how the wife assists lactating mothers with their babies and also helps the aged and toddlers.
“I love their sense of humour and the bond they work with. I really admire them and they are my role model,” Abbey said.
Edward Armah Ago and his wife Evelyn Adjeley Adjei who have five children say they are able to fully cater for the education and other needs of all their kids through the family business.
According to them, part of their returns spills over as they take care of some other dependants apart from their children.

A CCTV camera has caught the alleged killer of another woman inside a hotel in Port Harcourt.

A Close Circuit television has reportedly captured the man allegedly behind the death of a woman inside a hotel room in Port Harcourt, Rivers.
This is coming barely three days after a girl was strangled to death inside a hotel room in Rivers State.
The latest incident happened on Monday night and the body of the victim was discovered on Tuesday morning, inside the room of the hotel located along Stadium Rd, Rumuomasi, Port Harcourt. 
This time around, the man suspected to be the killer was captured by the hotel’s CCTV. According to the video, currently being analyzed by the police, the duo checked in around 11:30pm on Monday.

However, the alleged suspect left alone the following day. The lady was later found tied up and strangled after the suspected killer had already left. The Rivers State police are currently handling the investigation.

A man and his son have found themselves in serious trouble for allegedly sleeping with the same woman. 

A father and son have received the disgrace of a lifetime over a shameful incident.
 
It was gathered that the man and the son have allegedly been sleeping with the girl he fathered from a different woman.
 
The man identified as Sunday Matias Ekeogu from Umunwachukwu village in Oboro-Umueze Community in Ogwa town in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State and the son, Chimereuche Ekeogu were publicly flogged before they were banished from the community.
 
An eyewitness while narrating the story said that though Mr. Sunday never married any of these children's mothers, he is a super single father (SSF). The saddest and abominable story is that Mr. Sunday alongside his son Chimereuche has been sleeping with his own daughter/sister to an extent that they got her pregnant.
 
It got to the ear of the chairperson of the youth forum of the said village. After thorough investigations by the youths, men, women and children of the village, they decided to banish the three of them from the land. 
 
Information gathered reveals that the same man, Mr. Sunday Matias Ekeogu, had in the past impregnated his two nieces from his two different sisters.

In what will come across as a rather shocking development, a married woman has died after she got pregnant for another man and trued to abort it.

According to a report by The Nation, Mrs Chinasa Odah, a 29-year-old mother of four children, a native of Inikiri Effum community, in the Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State has died after she allegedly took drugs for abortion.

She was said to have bled to death at Sudan Hospital on Saturday, August 24, 2019.

According to The Nation, it was gathered that the woman had been sneaking out to have an affair with her 25-years-old boy-friend, identified as Monday Mgbada, who allegedly impregnated her and administered the abortion pills on her.

A community source told City Round that the woman started bleeding and her husband, Michael Odah, rushed her to Sudan Hospital in the area, where a doctor on duty, confirmed that she had taken a substance capable of damaging her womb.

The case was said to have been reported to the police station in Effuim and the suspect was immediately arrested.

“Chinasa was bleeding from her private parts. When she was questioned, she opened up that one Monday Mgbada impregnated her and administered abortion drugs on her. As soon as she made that statement, she gave up the ghost,” the source said.

The Police Public Relations Officer in Ebonyi State, Loveth Odah, confirmed the incident. She, however, said the matter was still under investigation.

She said, “The man has been arrested and investigation is ongoing. The suspect will be arraigned after investigation. The woman is 29 years old and has four children before going for extra martial affairs. The man will be charged with murder.”

The Nigeria Police Force has reportedly seized COZA pastor, Fatoyinbo's passport, conducting a search on his house and office.

Detectives from the Force Criminal Investigation Department(FCID), Abuja, investigating the alleged rape against pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, Wednesday conducted a search on the residence and office of the embattled pastor in Abuja.

This is just as Daily Sun, exclusivity gathered that the police has seized the international passport of Fatoyinbo, as part of the bail conditions granted to the pastor.

Fatoyinbo was also made to provide two level 16,officers with landed property in Abuja, before he was allowed to taken on bail.

He is however told to be reporting to the FCID, on a daily basis until investigation is concluded. The COZA pastor who attended another round of interrogation Wednesday, has been released to go home at the time of filing this report.

A source told Daily Sun that part of the investigation that took place on Wednesday was a search on the home of the pastor and his office by detectives.

According to source, “the home of the pastor and his office were searched today by detectives investigating the matter, but I cannot tell you what they found, but defiantly they were looking for incriminating documents and other evidences that was revealed by witnesses during the discreet investigation conducted in the matter.

“Also part of the bail conditions given to pastor Fatoyinbo is that he provides two level 16 officers who have landed property in Abuja, and that his international passport to be deposited with the police which he has done”.

Detectives on Tuesday grilled the founder and Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Biodun Fatoyinbo, for over eight hours in connection with the rape allegations levelled against him by a photographer, Busola Dakolo.

The cleric had allegedly raped Dakolo when she was a teenager at her parents’ residence in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Fatoyinbo was questioned at the Force Criminal Investigation Department, Garki Area 10, Abuja, by a team of detectives led by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Adaku Anya.

Our Correspondent gathered that the pastor was subsequently granted administrative bail around 9pm, but it could not be immediately ascertained if he met the conditions for release.

Apart from the COZA founder, detectives also questioned two witnesses: Mr. Wole Soetan, pastor of COZA Port Harcourt branch; and Mr. Folarin Ogunsola, who is in charge of COZA Lagos branch.

The Force spokesman, DCP Frank Mba, confirmed that Fatoyinbo was still at the FCID as of 9:40pm when this report was filed.

He said, “He is still with us, but I can’t say if he would be released tonight.

“It depends on if he meets the bail conditions that would be given to him, but he has been granted administrative bail.”
Mba disclosed that many witnesses had been questioned in relation to the case, adding that the investigation had progressed and would soon be concluded.

Fatoyinbo’s interrogation is coming weeks after he shunned an invitation extended to him by police officers probing the allegations.

The pastor had also shunned a panel set up by the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria to investigate the rape allegations, stating that he was advised by his lawyers not to appear before the panel because it was prejudiced and may not conduct an impartial session.

The cleric in a statement last Friday, however, said he could appear before the panel after the police investigations.
